The AGM is to be held on 17 January after the service, which will be at 0900.
At this meeting we will choose the Society Stewards who form the basis for the Management team of the church and it is therefore important that the person voted for be committed to TUC and have time to devote to their specific duties, inter alia fund-raising/arranging events, Welcome teams, finances, Worship teams, JAM, etc.
After the service we will be having a braai (bring your own meat, salads, non-alcoholic refreshments, etc). If you are able to lend us a braai, please contact Cynthia at the office (011 391 2473).
In order to assist us with logistics, please let Cynthia know by no later than Thursday 14 January whether you will be attending the AGM and/or the braai. Many thanks.
