A community is nothing without people, same goes for a church. We would be nothing without our congregation and behind the congregation we have a caring team of individuals who help with the day to day tasks of running a church.

Rev. Ryan Killian – Minister
Ryan is married to his beautiful wife, Lindrique and they have three handsome young sons.
He completed his studies in Sport Management in 2002. He then went on to study Theology and completed his Bachelor of Theology degree in 2008.
He entered the Fulltime ministry in 2006 and got ordained in 2010. His passions include: A passion to preach the gospel and to lead people to Jesus Christ. He also enjoys leading worship.

Brian Dam – Circuit Steward
Brian has been married to Ruth Dam for 28 years and have two children, Jean and Logan
During his time he has served in various positions at TUC, the latest being Circuit Steward representing TUC at the Kempton Park/Edenvale circuit meetings.
Henry Serfontein – Pastoral Assistant
Henry met his beautiful wife Marie in September of 1961 and they we married by April in 1962. They have 3 beautiful daughters: Elmarie, Niva and Tanya, 5 grandchildren and 2 and a half great grandchildren. Marie went back to God in November 2014. Henry has spent an amazing 42 years at TUC. Henry was involved with the building plans of Trinity United Church and was part of the delegation when the doors opened in August 1978. In 1981 he began his 3 years of training as a Lay Preacher and was inducted and fully accredited in 1983. In 1985 he started with first Small Home Group at TUC. In Jan 2003 he was inducted as a Lay Pastor at TUC. He was our Church Treasurer from 2003 to 2014 and was appointed as a Pastoral Assistant in 2015.

Cynthia Colbert – Secretary
Cynthia is married to Brian and they have been together for 33 years and counting.
She and Brian have been worshipping at Trinity United for about 30 years, and Cynthia has been in the TUC office for the last 2.75 years. Cynthia worked for a large multinational company and had been retired from her job as Pharmacovigilance Manager for 4 years before starting work at TUC.

Ruth Dam – Society Steward
Ruth has been married to Brian Dam for 28 years and has been attending Trinity United for 27 years.
During her time at TUC she has served in various roles
Currently Ruth is employed as the headmistress of the Hurlyvale Pre-Primary Nursery School.
Adele Davis – Society Steward
Adele has been a resident in Kempton Park for 40 years, she attended Norkem Park Primary and Norkem Park High School. She is a proud mother of a 22 year old daughter. Adele has been worshiping at TUC since 2000 and she blessed by God and His people there. She works from home and does specialised sourcing for ad agencies, like corporate gifts. Adele assists with fellowship events and attends Henry’s Disciple Classes on a Wednesday as a “Home Group”.
Kgama Mathiba – Society Steward
Kgama is happily married to Nozipho Zondo and they have three children. He is an easygoing, laid-back introvert who is happy when spending quality time with family and friends. He is a research technologist by profession, and has a strong scientific background in Analytical Chemistry, Enzymes biocatalysis and Biochemistry. Kgama has been a Society Steward at TUC since June 2012.

Cara-Lee Schipper – Society Steward and Treasurer
Peter Lombard – Society Steward
Peter has been involved at Trinity for about 12 years. He has previously served as Treasurer and Society Steward subsequent to his current position. Peter is married to Brenda. They have 4 sons and a grand-daughter. He is currently 64 years old and a banker by trade. He took retirement 9 years ago to go into business assisting with the upliftment of literacy in rural schools.
